I am a Msc student from Kolkata. I came to Mindyog in 2019. it has been long time that i find myself disappointed but could not get the courage to seek for help. somehow i came out my comfort zone and decided to take therapy. i was facing some real problems with myself, i was puzzled,frustrated, amxious, depressed at the same time. I let myself trapped in my own insecurities that it was difficult for me to take a single step. i shared my problem with Swati mam. She diagnosed my problem with every single detail, prepared a test to know my mental condition and suggested the best way to deal with. i am still under my therapy,still learing to accept myself and try to see a positive perspective in life.
