The World Health Organization (WHO) has divided these into 9 categories to identify these &#8216;stress crises&#8217;. Possible aspects within this classification are-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Little help or lack of help from organization or\norganization<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-Lack of transparency in organization goals and activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3-Lack of communication skills in manager or director<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Not specifying job responsibilities or roles clearly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u2013 Overburdening employees with too much work or delegating\ntoo little work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6-Lack of development of the organization economically or in\nterms of work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7\u2013Inadequate and unequal pay infrastructure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-Not ensuring job security<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9\u2013Creating a situation with little or no decision-making\npower among employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10\u2013Problems preventing skill development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11\u2013Inflexibility and unpredictability of working hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12\u2013Inadequate and uncooperative work supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13 \u2013 Not maintaining good relations among employees in work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14-Creation of the mentality of violence, harassment, or attack in people<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the American Psychological Association, people\nexperience stress at work for a variety of reasons.
