Release of repressed emotions reduces stress and\ncomplications. Set aside some time for yourself, listen to your thoughts, read\nbooks, listen to music. Try to forget the past and the future and live in the\npresent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Nutritious food intake:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In various studies, scientists have found that balanced and\nnutritious food is not only good for our body, but also for our mind. On the\nother hand, unhealthy fatty foods are responsible for our depression. Foods\nrich in vitamin B-12, omega-3 fatty acids help keep our brain&#8217;s\nemotions-regulating hormones strong. In addition, fresh fruits and vegetables\nplay a big role in our mental health. Eating nutritious food regularly\nincreases the immune system, resulting in both physical and mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Sufficient sleep :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just as there is no substitute for adequate sleep to keep the\nbody healthy, there is no substitute for sleep to keep the mind healthy.\nBecause of lack of enough sleep, our mood becomes irritable, so we feel tired,\nthe motivation to work also decreases. During sleep our body repairs damaged\ncells keeping our mind and mood invigorated. So adequate rest is essential to\nmaintain mental health<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Regular exercise:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Physical exercise is very important for mental health. Exercise\nis very helpful in reducing stress and depression. As a result of exercise, the\nbody gets stimulated, fatigue and mental stress are reduced. So make it a habit\nto exercise regularly to keep your mind strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Do hobby work :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can do your hobbies, your mind will be good, your\nconfidence will increase. Don&#8217;t be sad about what you haven&#8217;t got, try to be\nhappy with what you have got, this will give birth to positivity in your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8) Spend more time with loved ones:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spending time with loved ones keeps the mind healthy. If you\nkeep yourself indoors, depression and anxiety will increase, resulting in\nmental problems. Connect with friends and family. A little smile and a little\nhug are great for healing the mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9) Be Active :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you sit idly, many worries start crowding your head. So\nalways be in work then the mind will be good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10) Forgive : \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you hold anger towards someone for a long time, it can lead\nto mental illness.
